Do I have to pay sales tax?
  We are required to collect sales tax on any order shipped to a Texas address. So, if you're a Louisiana landman but you're having your books shipped to your Houston field office, you'll have to pay sales tax.
I have a question about the charges on my receipt/credit card bill.
  If you registered with the site at checkout, you may click the "My Account / Order Status"
link at the top right hand side of our site to review your orders. You
may compare your order history on our website, with your financial
records. If you have further questions or concerns, please contact us immediately so that we may clear up any questions you may have.
I need a copy of my receipt/invoice.
  A copy of your receipt will be emailed to you immediately upon placing
your order. A copy will also be included with your book shipment. If,
by chance, you did not receive the email containing your receipt, don't
worry. If you registered with our site at checkout, you may click the "My Account / Order Status"
link at the top right hand side of our site to print invoices. If you
did not choose to register and cannot wait for your shipment to arrive
containing a receipt, just contact us by phone or email. We'll email you a copy of your receipt or mail you one, whichever you prefer.
I have returned a book. When will my credit appear on my credit card account?
  We issue credits immediately once books are returned in good order. However, once we issue the credit, the time it takes to be reflected in your credit card balance varies from card to card. Credits generally take 7-10 business days to appear from the date we issue the credit.
