How do I create an account? |

1) Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right side of our site. 2) Enter your email address. 3) Select "I am a new customer".
Then simply follow the prompts to complete setting up your account. Your information is NEVER sold to any other company and is kept completely private. Please view our Privacy Policy for more information. |
How do I edit my account information? |

How much is shipping? |

Shipping to ALL U.S. addresses, regardless of whether you order 1 book or 50, is a flat $3.00. |
I forgot my password. |

Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site. Under the login box you'll see a link that says "Forgot your password? Click here". That link will send an email to you with your password. |
How do I return a book to you? |

I received the wrong book. |

Our fulfillment team is competent. However, even the most competent of individuals makes a mistake now and again. If you've received the wrong title, please contact us immediately upon receipt of your order. We'll remedy the error immediately. |
What is your return policy? |
|
In a perfect world, there would be no returns. Books would be printed
perfectly, no damage would occur during shipping and you'd be extremely
satisfied with every purchase you made. We are aware, however, that
such a utopia does not exist. We like to think that we provide you with
all of the information you need to determine if you need a particular
book or not... but sometimes that's not enough. If you are dissatisfied
with your book, we don't want you to keep it. And we darn sure don't
want to keep your money. Just contact us
within 72 hours of receiving your order and we'll give you return
instructions. If your return is the result of a mistake on our end, a
gross misrepresentation or a mistake at the printers, we'll gladly
refund your purchase amount including return shipping charges. If you
simply decide that you made a mistake and don't want the book, we'll
gladly refund your purchase amount including taxes and outbound
shipping but we won't be able to reimburse you for shipping the book
back to us.
Whatever the case, if you are dissatisfied for ANY reason, please contact us by phone or email immediately so that we can make it right. |
When will my order ship? |

We try to get every order out the door within 48 hours of the time you place it. After placing your order, you may click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track the status of your order. You will receive a shipment confirmation when your order has shipped and tracking information within 24-48 hours of shipment. |
