What we can't do
We're an independent research and comparison site, not a sportsbook, a payment processor or a customer support desk for any operator listed here. We can't:

- Resolve a dispute over a bet, a bonus, a withdrawal or a crypto payout on your behalf
- Confirm licensing status beyond what's stated in our reviews, or give a legal opinion on whether betting offshore is permitted in your state
If you're having a problem with an account, a pending crypto withdrawal, or a bonus that hasn't been credited, the sportsbook's own support team is the one that can actually act on it — we're not able to intervene in individual account issues.
Before you write in about a specific site
If your message is about a particular sportsbook's odds, bonus terms, or crypto deposit and withdrawal process, it helps to check our review of that book first — the material terms, including rollover requirements and minimum odds on any welcome offer, are listed alongside the offer itself. If something there looks out of date or doesn't match what you saw on the operator's site, that's exactly the kind of report we want to hear about.
A note on responsible gambling
Offshore Sportsbooks reviews and ranks offshore sportsbooks that accept US players; these operators are licensed outside the United States — typically in jurisdictions such as Curaçao, Panama or Costa Rica — and are not regulated by any US state. That means the consumer protections, dispute processes and fund safeguards that apply to regulated US sportsbooks do not apply here, and there's a real chance an offshore book delays or refuses a payout, or that a betting session leads to losses you didn't plan for. Crypto payouts also carry their own risk, since coin values can shift between the time you deposit and the time you withdraw.
